This Privacy Policy explains how Indra Softwares handles information across our website and products: PYQ Hub (web), RB Video Player (Android), and ProofShotPR (Android).

Our policy in one line: we do not collect, sell, or share your personal data for advertising or marketing purposes — across any of our products, ever. We do not run ads in any of our apps.

Information We Collect

RB Video Player and ProofShotPR do not require an account or ask you to provide personal profile information. PYQ Hub does require signing in with Google to practice — see the PYQ Hub section below for what that involves. Our website may also receive basic technical information that web servers commonly process, such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and timestamps. This information is used only for security, maintenance, and basic website operation — not for advertising.

RB Video Player

RB Video Player is designed for local video playback. The app does not upload, sell, or share your personal videos. Videos remain on your device unless you choose to share them using Android system features outside the app.

RB Video Player requests video or media access only to support its core functionality: scanning your local video library, displaying thumbnails, showing video duration, resuming playback, and playing videos stored on your device. It may process local video metadata on your device — such as file names, duration, thumbnails, folder location, subtitle availability, and playback progress — to provide library browsing and playback features. This data stays on your device.

ProofShotPR

ProofShotPR captures photos and videos along with time and location data used to generate a verifiable proof record. This capture data is processed on your device as part of creating each proof. We do not use this data for advertising or marketing purposes, and we do not sell it.

Because ProofShotPR's proof format may involve verification infrastructure that differs by feature and app version, please refer to the in-app permissions screen and any in-app disclosures for the most current, feature-specific details on what is processed and, where applicable, what is transmitted for verification purposes.

PYQ Hub

PYQ Hub requires you to sign in with your Google account before you can practice, so we can keep your practice sessions, results, and history under your own account and show them back to you — for example, your accuracy and speed by subject and chapter, and your personal mistake notebook. We do not use tracking or analytics tools designed to build advertising profiles of visitors, we do not run ads inside PYQ Hub, and we do not use your practice data for advertising or marketing purposes.

How Information Is Used

To provide the core functionality of each product (library browsing and playback, proof capture, and PYQ Hub practice sessions, results, and analytics tied to your signed-in account).
To remember preferences and progress locally on your device, where applicable.
To maintain website and app security, and to respond to support requests.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. If you contact us by email, we will use the information you provide only to respond to your request and provide support.

Data Storage and Retention

RB Video Player and ProofShotPR app preferences, playback progress, and media-library information are stored locally on your device where applicable; you can remove this information by clearing an app's storage or uninstalling it. PYQ Hub practice sessions, results, and history are stored on our servers under your signed-in account so they can sync across devices and power your analytics, since that data cannot work as a purely on-device feature. Emails or support messages may be retained as long as needed to respond to the request and maintain business records.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information we handle. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but our apps are designed to keep processing local to your device wherever possible.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
